Sustainability From the Ground Up
About Us
My name is Monica Williams, and I am the owner of Paff Electric & Solar, a women-owned and operated company. Paff Electric & Solar has been a locally owned since 1986, serving the Greater Cincinnati area. I took over operations in 2016 and take pride in running the day-to-day operations. We have been a member of the inclusion program offered by the City of Cincinnati as a Woman Business Enterprise and Small Business Enterprise since 2018. We have been able to sustain healthy growth over the past five years due to our skilled electricians and management, attention to our customer needs, and my hands-on approach as an owner. Since our beginning, we have been a member of NECA and hire qualified employees from the IBEW Local Union 212 an the IBEW/NECA JATC.
We have been very fortunate for all the projects we have worked on over the last five years, but our true passion is the environment and renewable energy. This has given us an opportunity to make a difference in our community and be on the front lines in fighting the battles we face with today’s climate and need for an alternative energy source.
